Hirers of the Auditorium can be granted free use of Foyer for thoroughfare and reception that in line with the objectives and nature of the event. Venue management may cancel/suspend such free use arrangement at any time on the basis of the nature of use/activity, as may be determined by the Venue management on the spot.
