Q：Can I make a pencil-marked booking before submitting the booking form?
A：Unfortunately, no.

Q：Are the Hall suitable for children programme, such as kindergarten graduation ceremony or children performances?
A：For the most part, venue management will not consider any applications in connection with children programme. The reasons are,
- Sir Run Run Shaw Hall aims to serve the CUHK members, therefore, certain facilities may not be as friendly as some others for children audiences and performers; and
- For the preservation of good order and decency therein as a university venue; and
- Persons aged under 6 will not be admitted contrary to section 3 of the House Rules.
Q：Are there any lift services for the backstage, dressing rooms and rehearsal room?
A：No, there is no lift services in the Hall.
