External Hirers refer to all general hirers who do not belong to any of the CUHK Departments, Staff Organizations or Student Organizations.
In order not to cause any inconvenience or hindrance to normal activities and operations of the University, hiring by external hirers will only be accepted outside the teaching terms, information day, congregation, alumni homecoming, examination and orientation periods.
