Mindfulness Course Learning

Full-Day Experience Course
Date: 2025.03.29 (Saturday)
Time: 10am - 4pm
Through 8 weeks of mindfulness classes of approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes per week, along with home practice, participants can:
- Develop mindfulness skills through practice;
- Cultivate attitudes of curiosity, care, patience, and kindness;
- Experience gratitude, feel more connected with others, find meaning in life, and live according to one's own values;
- Understand habitual reaction patterns through cognitive psychology's interpretation of the mind; and
- Recognize thoughts of fear, denial, and attachment, and develop different ways of responding through awareness and mindfulness practice.
