Mindfulness Course Learning

Date: 2025.02.18, 25 & 03.04, 11, 18, 25 & 04.01, 08 (Every Tuesday, 8 sessions)
Time: 7pm - 9:15pm

Full-Day Experience Course

Date: 2025.03.29 (Saturday)
Time: 10am - 4pm

Through 8 weeks of mindfulness classes of approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes per week, along with home practice, participants can:

  1. Develop mindfulness skills through practice;
  2. Cultivate attitudes of curiosity, care, patience, and kindness;
  3. Experience gratitude, feel more connected with others, find meaning in life, and live according to one's own values;
  4. Understand habitual reaction patterns through cognitive psychology's interpretation of the mind; and
  5. Recognize thoughts of fear, denial, and attachment, and develop different ways of responding through awareness and mindfulness practice.

Quota: Limited quota, first come first served. Online registration is required.
Fee: The programme is free of charge. Participants are required to pay a $500 deposit ($200 deposit for CUHK Students). Deposit is refundable for students who have attained 80% attendance and finished Full-Day Experience Course.

1. The workshop will be conducted in Cantonese.
2. Applicants must settle the deposit by the specified date to confirm accepting their offer. All deposit are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
