Auditorium Temporarily Closed
For enhancement of the cultural facilities and services for our venue users, the Auditorium of the Sir Run Run Shaw Hall will be temporarily closed from 1 June to 31 July 2026 for improvement and refurbishment works.
Application Situation
Due to the overwhelming response to auditorium bookings, the available slots between now and 31 May 2026 have almost all been allocated.
Documents / Forms
External Hirers refer to all general hirers who do not belong to any of the CUHK Departments, Staff Organizations or Student Organizations.
In order not to cause any inconvenience or hindrance to normal activities and operations of the University, hiring by external hirers will only be accepted outside the teaching terms, information day, congregation, examination and orientation periods.
