External Hirers refer to all general hirers who do not belong to any of the CUHK Departments, Staff Organizations or Student Organizations.
In order not to cause any inconvenience or hindrance to normal activities and operations of the University, hiring by external hirers will only be accepted outside the teaching terms, information day, congregation, examination and orientation periods.
CUHK adjusts the hire charge annually on 1 July. Hire periods commencing after 1 July will be processed at the revised fee without prior notice.
